In this Hawaiian hula workshop, learn choreography to the beloved song Ka Uluwehi O Ke Kai while exploring hula vocabulary, hand and arm movements, and basic steps. We’ll begin with affirmations, stretching, and a warm-up, then use dance to tell the story of the plants of the sea.
No experience required. Multigenerational (ages 5-Adult) and barefoot—wear comfortable clothing and bring water or a sports drink.
