Multi-Arts Curriculum
Arts Together’s Multi-Arts Preschool is the only area program to use an arts-integrated curriculum developed to meet Head Start outcomes and N.C. Department of Education standards for kindergarten readiness. Through small classes with low student-to-teacher ratios, children gain confidence in their unique abilities and explore their own creativity and developing sense of self-expression.
Our arts-based curriculum builds a strong foundation for learning by using art, drama, music and dance/movement alongside other interactive, educational activities such as science, math, literacy and language. These enriching classroom experiences promote cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth in our students. Outdoor time is also part of each day, weather permitting.

2024/2025 PROGRAMS: HALF DAY & HALF DAY PLUS AFTERNOON CHILL
for children ages 3-5!
Our traditional Multi-Arts Preschool program begins September 3, 2024 and runs through May 23, 2025. Procedures to ensure everyone’s safety will continue to be in place, but please know our environment still fosters creative learning and fun! Families may choose between 5-Half Day Plus Afternoon Chill and 5-Half Day Preschool.
PLEASE NOTE: Children ages 3½ to 5 are eligible for Half Day Plus Afternoon Chill and half day. Young 3s are eligible for half day only AND must be potty trained.
5-Half Day | 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Class Size: up to 12 students
Eligible Birth Dates: children born by August 30, 2019
Includes morning multi-arts curriculum.
5 days/week: MON – FRI
Tuition: $5,610.00
Payment plan: Ten payments are due in equal installments on the third of each month, August through May. This plan will be set up at a later time after registration.
EXTEND YOUR CHILD’S HALF DAY: Add Lunch Bunch (12-1 PM) $15.00 (Daily Rate) on whichever days you wish, Monday through Friday.
5-Half Day Plus Afternoon Chill | 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM
Class Size: up to 12 students
Eligible Birth Dates: children born by February 28, 2019
Includes morning multi-arts curriculum; Lunch Bunch, our supervised lunch period that allows kids to increase their socialization skills; and specialty afternoons featuring creative free play and extra outdoor time.
5 days/week: MON – FRI
Tuition: $10,450.00
Payment plan: Ten payments are due in equal installments on the third of each month, August through May. This plan will be set up at a later time after registration.

Students or parents/guardians must acknowledge the COVID-19 waiver upon registration within Active Network to participate in Arts Together programming.
Masks are optional.
Hand sanitizer available throughout the building.

Class sizes vary and are based on CDC recommended guidelines.
Limited outside visitors in the building.
Increased cleaning and disinfection protocol throughout the day and evening.

applY online for 2024/2025 preschool
Applications for the 2024/2025 Preschool program will be open for the public on March 2024. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled. Once the program is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified should a space become available. Arts Together’s Multi-Arts Preschool begins September 3, 2024, and runs through May 23, 2025. Families who apply will receive further information regarding registration for enrollment. All children must be potty-trained to attend Arts Together’s Multi-Arts Preschool.

FEES & PAYMENTS
In addition to a completed application form, a non-refundable application fee of $300 is required when applying.
Once you submit your application, you will receive an email notification with further details.
All payments must be made via card through Active Network, our registration platform. Arts Together no longer accepts check or cash payments made in person or by mail. We offer two payment options:
Monthly Payments: Ten payments are due in equal installments on the third of each month, August through May. After your first payment, Arts Together will automatically charge your card each month for the remaining payments.
Payment in Full: You may pay in full when your child is accepted into the program.
Cancellation Policy
If Arts Together is required to close due to an act of Nature, the pandemic, state health mandates etc., we will continue to operate the Preschool program but in a modified format. No refunds will be issued for closures, and billing will continue monthly. Lunch Bunch is the only exception in which a full refund or credit will be applied.
You are financially responsible for all Preschool tuition, regardless of attendance, until Arts Together receives a withdrawal request in writing at least 30 days prior to the change. You will then receive a pro-rated refund of your tuition (excluding that 30-day period). To withdraw, email Operations Manager Jess Allen at Jess@artstogether.org.
Scholarships
Arts Together is committed to building a diverse community and strives to provide enriching arts experiences to all interested students, regardless of economic background.
