This workshop focuses on enhancing strength and stability in the body and pelvic floor region through a combination of exercises and techniques. This class will also provide a self-care component that empowers participants to take control of their health.

In addition to targeted exercises, participants will also learn myofascial release techniques using therapy balls to promote relaxation and release tension in the muscles. Join us to improve your pelvic floor health and overall well-being.
