Beginning/Intermediate
Modern Technique (age 14– adults)
A unique opportunity for beginning dance students to focus on full body maintenance
increasing flexibility, muscle tone, short-term memory, and imagination in a
supportive and fun environment.

Intermediate/Advanced Modern
Technique (age 14 – adults)
In this challenging technique class, students work to refine their dance
skills and increase their physical range through awareness of how the body
moves in the safest, most efficient manner. At least two years dance training
required or permission of the instructor to take this class.

Vinyasa Yoga
(age 14 – adults)
Vinyasa, or “flow yoga”, is an evolving style of Hatha Yoga,
where the breath leads the body through movement. The practice encourages exploration and
creativity while generating heat and focus.
Students practice in a safe and supported environment, learning to
shift from the outside works into movement meditation, building strength and
flexibility while healing and revitalizing the mind, body and spirit.

Beginning/Intermediate
Hip Hop (age 14 – adults)
Using funky hip music, this class exposes students to the stylized movements
of jazz and hip hop. A great way to energize the body and spirit!

Dates: Thursdays, June 17 - August 5 (8 weeks)
Time: 6-7pm
Pilates (age 14 - adults)
Pilates exercise techniques have been popular with dancers for years because
they strengthen core abdominal and back muscles, while increasing
flexibility, balance and body alignment. Students of all ages and abilities
enjoy Pilates classes because they provide safe, low-impact workouts that
refresh and invigorate.
