Adult Dance Workshops (ages 16+) Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm
Tuition: $108 per 8-week session ($54 per month)
In these 8-week workships, you will have fun, sweat a lot, and learn about dance styles from other cultures. Workshops will include Ballet, Bellydancing, and Zumba. No prior dance experience necessary!
Ballet November 7 - January 9
This beginning ballet class is designed for those who have always wanted to take ballet as well as those who took class in their youth. This course is a great way to strength and tone the whole body while learning classical technique in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Ballet shoes are optional.

Bellydancing January 16 - March 5
Bellydancing is a wonderful way of getting fit in a fun and supportive atmosphere. During class, we will work on building core muscles and burning calories while learning some of the foundation moves used in bellydance.

Zumba March 12 - May 7
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music with dance movements. The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. A great way to get energized!

Moving with Moms & Tots (or Pops & Tots) (ages walking-3, with parent)
Mondays 9:30-10:15am
Start your week off right while you move, stretch and bond with your toddler. In this creative movement class, designed to introduce tots to basic dance skills, parent and child will move together in a playful and nurturing environment. Grownups will also benefit from the movement exercises, which will tone and strengthen the arms and core. Limit 8 toddler-adult pairs.
