The cast will rehearse two evenings a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) from 6-8pm.  Rehearsals will be held: March 5 & 7, 12 & 14, 19 & 21, 26 & 28 and April 12 & 14.  In the week before the show, rehearsals will be held every night (April 16-20).  Performances will be on Saturday, April 21 at 11am and 6pm, and Sunday, April 22 at 2pm.

No acting or performance experience is necessary - children who are just testing the waters are welcome to come audition!  It's a different show and a brand new experience every year, so if you've been in one of our shows before, come join us for another one.

Friendly, low-key auditions are held approximately 6 weeks before the performance.   Students do not need to prepare anything beforehand - every individual will get a chance to read something from the script and the whole group will sing "Do, Re, Me" together.

Participants register and pay for the program after they are cast.  The tuition for the program is $210.00 and includes both materials (script, CD of the music, costumes) and souvenirs (a t-shirt designed for the show, keepsake program and poster).

In the true spirit of multi-arts education, cast members will typically assist with a design element of the show - from mask-making and costume design to scene painting. they'll be able to experience the behind-the-scenes elements of a theatrical production!
