Registration
Please register early to ensure a space in a class and fill our one form per child. 

 

The one-time, non-refundable registration fee plus your initial class tuition payment is due with registration.

Once Arts Together has received your online registration, you will receive a short email confirmation.  When your registration has been fully processed, you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail.

Fees and Payments

   1)  MasterCard and Visa

 

   2) Checks (made out to Arts Together)

       can only be accepted with mailed,

       faxed or hand-delivered registration       

       forms.

*Registration Fees
Arts Together charges a $25 family registration fee that is due with the first registration form submitted for the 2010-2011 school year. If you enroll more than one child in Arts Together classes during the school year, you pay only one registration fee for the entire family, not for each child.

*Class Fees
Payment for semester and year-long courses may be paid as follows:

 1) In full when registering

 2) Twice a year for year long classes.  The first payment is due with registration and the second payment is due January 5th, 2011.

 3) In equal monthly payments, due the first of the month September through April.

NOTE: Arts Together will not bill you for payment. Please submit all payments by the applicable due dates.

*Workshop Fees
Payment for workshops is due in full at the time of registration. If you register for multiple workshops, only the fee for the first one of the year is due with registration. Workshop registration must be canceled at least 30 days before the start date in order to receive a refund (less a $20 cancellation fee).

2010-2011 Multi-Arts Preschool Registration


Registration
Preschool registration begins in early February. Student acceptances are mailed in early March and our program will have filled by that date. Therefore, please do not delay in submitting your registration form or it is likely that your child will be waitlisted.

A $200 registration fee is due with each application. This fee is not refundable if your child is offered a place in the Multi-Arts Preschool and you chose not to accept it.

*Preschool Tuition
Tuition for the last month of the 2010-2011 school year is due June 1, 2010 and is not refundable.

Payment for the rest of the school-year may be made as follows:

1)  in full by June 1, 2010

2) twice a year (due by June 1, 2010 and January 5, 2010)

3) in equal monthly installments with the first payment due by June 1, 2010 and the remaining 8 payments due by the 1st of the month, September 2010 – April 2011.
