Kid’s Yoga (ages 3-5)
Here is a class that will have boys and girls stretching like cobras and balancing like trees! We will explore basic yoga and movement fundamentals in a playful and creative environment. Nurture your creative child with a variety of arts experiences. This multi-arts course is the trademark of Arts Together! Students will have the opportunity to discover their artistic selves through art, dance, drama and other educational activities. We will dive into at least two different art forms each week, so come have a multitude of educational fun during multi-arts afternoons! Limit 12 students.

MULTI-DISCIPLINARY

Moving with Moms and Tots (ages 18 months – 2 years)

Start your week off right while you move, stretch and bond with your tot.  In this unique NEW creative movement class, designed to introduce tots to basic dance skills, parent and child will move together in a playful and nurturing environment.  Grownups will also benefit from the movement exercises with their tot, which will tone and strengthen the arms and core.  Moving on a Monday morning is magnificent!  Because this class will involve partner exercise with a parent and a child, we ask that each child be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Limit 8 toddler and 8 adult students.

Exercises are given at center and moving across the floor to facilitate increased coordination and flexibility. Alignment, strength, balance and control within a tension-free body will be emphasized. This course is great for modern dance students who want to better understand the relationship between the two techniques, as well as those students who are looking for a thorough, intermediate to advanced level ballet class. Using current hip hop music, this class will expose students to the stylized movements of Hip Hop and Jazz.  Students work on jazz technique with an emphasis on rhythm, isolation and syncopation.  This class is appropriate for both beginning and intermediate levels.  Dynamic Hip Hop moves and routines will be incorporated throughout the class. Pilates (age 15 - adults)
Pilates exercise techniques have been popular with dancers for years because they strengthen core abdominal and back muscles, while increasing flexibility, balance and body alignment. Students of all ages and abilities enjoy Pilates classes because they provide safe, low-impact workouts that refresh and invigorate. Limit 18 students.

YOGA

Kid’s Yoga (ages 3-5)
Here is a class that will have boys and girls stretching like cobras and balancing like trees! We will explore basic yoga and movement fundamentals in a playful and creative environment. Young students will benefit from the increased flexibility, strength, coordination, body awareness and focus.  Students will also gain a great sense of confidence and respect for all living things.  Limit 12 students.

Mid-Morning Yoga (adults)

Perfect for parents dropping off their preschooler, but open to all! This one-hour class is suited for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners. We will practice varying series of Gentle Vinyasa Flow poses with breath work that gently awakens your senses, body, mind and spirit. Gain flexibility, strength and alignment. Each class ends with restorative relaxation that will leave you feeling peaceful and refreshed.

Vinyasa Yoga (ages 15-adults)
Vinyasa, or “flow yoga” is an evolving style of Hatha Yoga, where the breath leads the body through movement.  The practice encourages exploration and creativity while generating heat and focus.  Students practice in a safe and supportive environment, learning to shift from the outside world into movement meditation, building strength and flexibility while healing and revitalizing the mind, body and spirit.  Limit 16 students.

ZUMBA

Zumba (ages 15-adults)

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music with dance movements. The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.  A great way to get energized on Saturday mornings! Limit 16 students.
